Why Tai Chi?

• Tai Chi is a slow movement exercise class.
• The moves can be modified for all ages and levels of fitness.
• Tai Chi can be done seated, standing, or even lying down.
• Tai Chi improves balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, relaxation, circulation, fall prevention, posture, and wellness!

Balance Disorders can not only affect your physically, but your mental and emotional wellbeing as well. Join us with a fun group of people that understand the nature of a balance disorder and share our stories, tips and tricks that enable us to live a better life.
